The Harris Theater announces a casting call for Supernumeraries for our Paris Opera Ballet engagement in June. Compensation for this project will be $250 for Bolero and $250 for Giselle, and it is possible to be cast in both for $500 compensation and will be paid at the final performance.
The casting call has limited space so please reply ASAP. Those attending the casting and audition on June 22 at 6:30PM must bring their government issued ID. BOLERO 22 men (20 on stage + 2 as substitutes) Minimum height of 5' 9". Must have some dancing abilities and good musical reaction. You will be bare-chested and need to be physically fit and have a strong physical appearance. No shaved heads, no visible tattoos and no visible body piercings.
GISELLE 12 men (10 on stage + 2 as substitutes) Valets- minimum height must be 5' 6" and can look like teens or young men and can be quite thin. Guards – ideal height is at least 6’ and can’t look like teenagers.
